About Samy
Samy’s practice covers a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters. He acts for large national and international companies in complex disputes, including contract disputes, class actions, and internal and regulatory investigations. Samy has actively participated in cases brought before all levels of court in Quebec and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to joining Blakes, Samy gained extensive experience at one of North America’s largest asset managers and at an environmental non-profit organization.
Samy is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
