About Shane
Shane is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a practice that spans a wide range of business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity transactions, and corporate reorganizations and restructurings. He advises clients across a variety of industries, such as technology, automotive, natural resources and retail.
Before joining the Firm, Shane practised at both a regional firm in Vancouver and a national firm in Toronto, where he gained extensive experience advising public and private companies on complex transactions and commercial agreements.
Shane also completed a secondment with the legal department of a leading Canadian financial institution, where he supported internal teams on a broad spectrum of commercial and transactional matters.
