About Shannon

In her practice, Shannon focuses primarily on commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions and assisting clients with general corporate and commercial matters.

Shannon has participated in a range of transactions in various sectors, including renewable energy (including acquisitions of wind, solar and biomass projects), manufacturing and services, food distribution, insurance and technology. She advises clients on various aspects of the transaction process, from due diligence to transaction closing, including the drafting and reviewing of transaction agreements.

Shannon is fluent in French and English.

  • PIPP Mobile Storage on its acquisition of the GGS Group of Companies

  • Fireman & Company Inc. in connection with its acquisition by EPIQ

  • A major international retailer on its acquisition of wind farms located in Alberta

  • A global defence company in relation to the sale of its commercial flight training unit to CAE Inc.

  • Emmi International AG in relation to its acquisition of the cheese and dairy-related business of J.L. Freeman Limited Partnership

  • Suncor Energy Products Inc. in relation to its acquisition of Chemtrade Logistics Inc.'s sulphur recovery operations business in Montréal

  • Belron Canada Incorporated in relation to a series of share and asset purchase transactions in several Canadian provinces
