About Shayna

Shayna practices corporate and securities law. She advises both public and private companies, as well as financial institutions, on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations. She also provides ongoing advice to clients with respect to securities regulatory compliance, stock exchange matters and general corporate law.
