Somaya's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, and she assists clients on a range of transactional and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Blakes, Somaya summered and articled at another leading national law firm in Toronto, where she gained experience in corporate and commercial matters and completed an in-house secondment, giving her experience working alongside business teams.
