She advises public and private companies, as well as financial institutions, on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private financings, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations. She also provides ongoing advice on securities regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure obligations, stock exchange matters, corporate governance and general corporate law matters.
