Spencer has a broad civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice. He has experience in a variety of areas, including complex contractual disputes, constitutional and administrative law, access to information and privacy law, arbitration, corporate law, and employment law.

Prior to joining Blakes, Spencer worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honourable Justice Michael Moldaver of the Supreme Court of Canada.
