About Steven
Steven advises domestic and international clients on tax planning matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and reorganizations and estate planning.
His work spans most sectors, including technology, manufacturing, real estate, mining, as well as public and private companies and their shareholders and private equity funds. He also advises clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and provincial taxation authorities, and throughout the tax litigation process.
Prior to joining Blakes, Steven was a tax lawyer for a leading national accounting firm.
