About Nancy

Nancy assists our insolvency practitioners in all stages of litigation matters, including drafting demand letters and pleadings; preparing various motion materials, affidavits of documents and summaries and/or lists of undertakings; and reviewing transcripts from examinations.

She often has primary carriage of collection matters, representing both secured and unsecured creditors. She also has extensive experience in the enforcement and execution of judgments and frequently assumes principal responsibility of files in the post-litigation phase.

Nancy is involved in and assists with bankruptcy or proposal proceedings commenced pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA). She is experienced in assisting clients in exercising remedies available under the BIA and the Personal Property Security Act. She also assists in all aspects of private or court-appointed receiverships or restructuring proceedings commenced pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.
