About Taylor
Taylor's practice focuses on corporate commercial law. She assists clients with a variety of business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations and restructurings.
Taylor joined Blakes as a summer student in 2024 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2026. She received her JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law.
During her studies, Taylor was elected as an executive on the Dalhousie Law Students' Society. She also worked as a senior law student at the initio Technology and Innovation Law Clinic where she supported entrepreneurs and early-stage startups with their business, corporate, intellectual property and privacy needs.
