Tobi's practice focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border debt financing and structured finance transactions. She acts for lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing transactions.
Tobi joined Blakes as a Summer Student in 2023 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2026.
