In the area of corporate and commercial law, Valentina is involved in various stages of transactions, from due diligence to closing. This includes drafting and reviewing agreements pertaining to commercial transactions and other related documents.

As part of her corporate governance practice, she advises clients on their governance policies and practices, as well as on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
