Victor has been a corporate law clerk since 1989. He has extensive experience in all areas of corporate law, including due diligence, corporate transactions, and corporate and tax reorganizations. His duties include the incorporation and ongoing maintenance of new businesses in Canada, due diligence reviews and summaries of corporate records, preparation of corporate documents for corporate transactions, and reorganizations.

Victor is regularly involved in conducting corporate due diligence in the areas of corporate and securities law. He currently assists clients on corporate transactions in the banking, insurance, telecommunications, industrial packaging, and consumer products manufacturing industries.
