About Vladi
Vladi's practice focuses on derivatives, securities, capital markets and banking transactional and regulatory matters. He works on a broad range of financing transactions, capital markets transactions, and securities dealer compliance and regulatory matters, including public and private debt and equity offerings. Vladi advises a wide range of market participants, including issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, dealers, fund managers, exchanges, and clearinghouses, on Canadian capital markets and derivatives regulation, compliance, trading, netting and collateral issues.
Prior to joining Blakes, Vladi practised as a senior associate in the London office of an international law firm where he worked on the structured finance team specializing in derivatives.
