Annika practises in all areas of Canadian and international income tax law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financings, private equity, and investment products and asset management. She has worked with major Canadian and international clients in diverse industries. Annika also regularly advises pension funds on their private equity, infrastructure, energy, hedge fund, real estate and other investments, both in Canada and abroad.
