• GeoComply Solutions Inc., an online security service provider, on its acquisition of OneComply Inc., an online licensing and compliance provider

• Alexco Resource Corp. in its agreement to be acquired by Hecla Mining Company for a total acquisition price of approximately C$69-million

• Pure Gold Mining Inc. with respect of its CCAA restructuring and agreement to be acquired by West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd.
