About Xinya

Xinya's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border debt financing and corporate finance transactions. She acts for lenders, borrowers and issuers in an array of industries, particularly in the natural resources and technology sectors, in connection with secured and unsecured financing transactions (bilateral, syndicated and club loan structures), including acquisition financings, project financings, asset-based lending transactions, commercial real-estate financings, streaming transactions and distressed financing transactions.

Xinya joined Blakes in 2024. Before joining the Firm, she summered, articled and practised in the Vancouver office of another leading national full-service firm.
