About Yu
Yu's practice focuses primarily on public and private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. She is involved in various stages of transactions, from due diligence to closing, including drafting and reviewing agreements relating to commercial transactions and other related documents.
Currently based in London, Yu also provides ongoing advice to issuers regarding securities regulatory compliance, stock exchange matters, continuous disclosure obligations and general corporate law.
She also advises companies on compliance with public law issues, including lobbying matters in Quebec.
As a law student, Yu was seconded to the legal department of a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses.
Yu is fluent in English, French and Mandarin.
