About Yu-Ting (Andy)

Andy maintains a broad litigation and dispute resolution practice, with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation, construction and infrastructure disputes, and Indigenous and public law matters. He brings a technically informed and highly analytical approach to contentious high-stakes issues, combining rigorous legal analysis with strong advocacy and a pragmatic appreciation of clients’ commercial realities and strategic objectives.

Andy advises and represents clients at all stages of disputes, from early risk assessment and strategic planning through to the conclusion of matters. His experience spans a diverse range of industries, including natural resources, energy, infrastructure, technology and financial services, enabling him to tailor his advice to the operational and regulatory contexts in which his clients operate.

Andy has appeared before trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative tribunals, and is known for providing clear, practical and results-oriented counsel in complex matters.
