Since commencing work as a law clerk in 1994, Kym has assisted in the preparation of securities offering documents, including long form, short form, shelf and mutual fund prospectuses for debt and equity offerings, rights offering circulars and private placement offering memoranda. She typically has a primary role in organizing and administering the documentation required for the Firm's corporate finance practice from the initial filing of a preliminary prospectus to the closing of an offering.

Kym assists in preparing continuous disclosure documents, including material change filings, annual information forms, press releases, insider reports, management information circulars and related chairman's scripts. She also has extensive experience with SEDAR, the electronic securities document filing system, and with SEDI, the system for electronic disclosure by insiders.

Most recently, Kym has been involved in transactions involving major financial service companies, income trusts and other listed investment funds.
