About Zackary
Zackary is a commercial litigator. His practice focuses on complex corporate and securities disputes, including shareholder disputes, proxy contests, transactional litigation, class actions and appeals. He regularly advises companies and other capital markets participants on high-stakes disputes and corporate governance matters. He also advises clients on regulatory and enforcement matters, internal and government investigations and related litigation.
Zackary began his litigation practice after clerking for Justice Nicholas Kasirer at the Supreme Court of Canada. After his clerkship, he practised at a leading law firm in New York City, where he focused on high-profile securities litigation and investigations.
Zackary is fluent in English and French.
