The Blakes Construction Dispute Resolution group is pleased to present the fourth and final session in our series about how parties to a construction project can protect themselves.
The issues that lead to disputes often arise unexpectedly throughout the life of a construction project. This session will focus on preserving privilege during disputes and investigations. We will provide a brief refresher on privilege, the issues that frequently arise and best practices for maintaining privilege. We will also discuss some recent cases that considered privilege in the construction context.
Please remember to join us on June 22, 2023, for our mix and mingle. An invitation will be sent out in the next few weeks.
Please note that this program will be delivered in English and is available in person only.
