Adam advises clients on a variety of capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings and private placements of securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.

Prior to joining Blakes, Adam practiced in the Toronto office of an international law firm, providing corporate and securities law advice.
