Michelle has more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, with 16 years in legal services marketing. In her current role, she works with the Firm's practice and industry-sector groups, client teams and international initiatives to develop and execute business development strategies and plans.

She is also responsible for the co-ordination of business development training and integration programs in relation to the Firm's global strategy.
