She regularly advises employers on employee hiring and termination, the development and implementation of employment-related policies, psychological harassment, human rights, occupational health and safety, pensions and benefits, and labour standards.

Chloé advises buyers and sellers on various employment-related issues that may arise in the context of commercial transactions. She also ensures that corporate clients’ contracts and policies are in compliance with applicable requirements.
