  • McKesson Corporation on its acquisition of the banner and franchised retail pharmaceutical business of Katz Group Canada Inc.

  • Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. on its acquisition of Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Limited

  • Mueller Water Products on its acquisition of Echologics Engineering, a developer of water infrastructure diagnostic technologies

  • Cliffs Natural Resources Exploration Inc. on the completion of a strategic agreement with Gedex Inc., a subsurface imaging technology company

  • The CUMIS Group Limited on its acquisition by a joint venture of Co-operators Life Insurance Company and Central 1 Credit Union

  • A large Canadian grain-handling and marketing company in negotiating an extensive multivendor IT outsourcing arrangement

  • A Canadian financial services company on the sale of its mutual fund dealership and financial advisory businesses
