  • Kognitiv Corporation on its C$525-million acquisition of Aimia Inc.'s Loyalty Solutions business

  • Republic Financial Holdings Limited on its acquisition of Scotiabank (British Virgin Islands) Limited from The Bank of Nova Scotia

  • Kinder Morgan Canada on its proposed C$4.5-billion sale of the Trans Mountain Pipeline system and expansion project to the Government of Canada

  • Suncor Energy Inc. on the C$1.13-billion sale of its Petro-Canada lubricants division to HollyFrontier Corporation
