About Sébastien

Sébastien is an experienced insolvency lawyer who advises clients on insolvency litigation, debt enforcement, commercial reorganizations, including CCAA and proposal proceedings and complex receiverships. He advises debtor companies, secured and unsecured creditors, purchasers of distressed assets, debtor-in-possession lenders, monitors and trustees, and other parties affected by business insolvency issues.

Sébastien also practises commercial litigation with an emphasis on corporate and securities litigation. He represents clients in public-private partnerships on all aspects of commercial & construction litigation. Sebastien is handling several technical arbitration and injunction proceedings on multibillion-dollar infrastructure projects.

Sébastien has represented several clients before the Québec Superior Court, the Québec Court of
Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
