About James
James practises corporate and commercial law. He has assisted clients with various matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, project development, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and operational and services agreements.
James' experience includes analyzing corporate agreements, conducting corporate due diligence and research, as well as drafting corporate agreements and constating documents.
As an articling student, James spent three months working in the legal group at a leading Canadian public issuer as part of a secondment.
