Katie advises and represents oil and gas developers, pipeline companies, electric generation and transmission companies and renewable energy companies in respect of regulatory and environmental approvals and compliance issues, public consultation matters, Indigenous issues, and surface land rights and compensation matters.
Katie has assisted clients before provincial regulators in Alberta and British Columbia, the National Energy Board/Canada Energy Regulator and a Joint Review Panel, as well as all levels of courts in Alberta and at the Federal Court of Appeal.
