  • Diacore, the lender on a US$15-million and ZAR 16-million bridge loan to TSX listed Rockwell Diamonds to fund the acquisition of the Remhoogte/Holsloot Project in South Africa

  • LSE listed Matomy Media Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in Avenlo, a Canadian digital marketing services provider

  • TSX listed Chalice Gold Mines on the acquisition and sale of the Cameron Gold Project in Ontario

  • ASX listed Toro Energy on the acquisition from the Sentient Group of debt- and equity-based interests in TSX listed uranium explorer Strateco Resources
