About Marc-André

Marc-André advises sophisticated financial institutions, corporations, and court-appointed officers on various complex insolvency and restructuring files. His practice also covers a range of other corporate and commercial litigation matters, including commercial and securities litigation, shareholder and corporate disputes and business crimes, investigations and regulatory actions.

Prior to joining Blakes, Marc-André served as a political advisor to a federal Member of Parliament, gaining critical skills in stakeholder engagement.  As a law student, he was seconded to a major Canadian bank and the legal department of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.

Marc-André is fluent in English and in French.
