Keeley assists with licensing, regulatory compliance and regulatory filings for federal and provincial financial institutions, including banks, trust companies, collection agencies, and insurance companies, agents and brokers.

She also assists with International Registry and security filings and searches in connection with both domestic and international aircraft finance and commercial aviation matters.

Keeley previously worked as a search clerk in the Corporate Search department.
