About Lindsay

Lindsay's practice involves all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration with an emphasis on complex contract, construction, environmental and energy disputes.

Lindsay regularly acts for clients in matters at all levels of court in Alberta. She also represents clients in regulatory proceedings, including before the Alberta Energy Regulator and the Alberta Securities Commission, and in matters before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Lindsay is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). She regularly advises clients in domestic and international arbitration matters.

Lindsay is a co-chair of the Calgary Student Committee.

Successfully acted for a client before the Alberta Court of Appeal in a matter involving limitation period issues

Acted for a company in the media and events industry in a complex invoice dispute
