Jennifer has a broad employment and labour law practice. She provides advice to employers in all areas of employment and labour law, including pre-employment and hiring issues, employment standards, human rights, labour relations, workplace safety and insurance, privacy, occupational health and safety, and wrongful dismissal.

Jennifer first joined Blakes as a summer student in 2016 and later completed her articles with the Firm in 2017/2018. During her articles, Jennifer completed a labour and employment secondment at a large engineering and electronics company.
