Megan's practice focuses on power, infrastructure and mergers and acquisitions, and encompasses a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including franchising and distribution arrangements. She is regularly engaged on significant transactions throughout Canada in a variety of industry sectors and asset classes, including in the social infrastructure, health-care, transportation and renewable energy sectors.
In her general commercial practice, Megan assists domestic and international clients on a full range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating complex service and distribution agreements, major equipment supply agreements, operations and maintenance agreements; business structuring; procurement processes; internal reorganizations; and corporate governance issues.
In 2012, Megan completed a secondment at a major international retailer where she worked on a variety of corporate commercial matters. She previously completed a secondment at the Canadian Civil Liberties Association.
