Professional Activities

Michael is committed to participating in legal education and often leads seminars and lectures on various aspects of business law, including the drafting of transaction documents, client service and corporate governance. He is a member of the Firm's Partnership Committee as well as the Legal Personnel Committee and has been responsible for creating legal education programs for the Firm's associates, articling students and summer students.

Michael is also active in the Firm's pro bono initiatives and works closely with, and provides legal advice to, Habitat for Humanity Canada and its affiliates.
