About Mike

Mike's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, and corporate reorganizations. He has assisted domestic and international clients in a wide range of industries, including agribusiness, food production and distribution, construction, manufacturing, consumer goods, information technology and real estate.

Mike often acts for private, family-owned companies on transition planning, including dispositions, minority or majority third party investments, and reorganizations. Mike also has substantial experience with private equity funds, managers, sponsors, pension funds and other institutional investors.

Mike is one of the co-chairs of the Firm's Food, Beverage & Agribusiness group and regularly acts for food and beverage companies on acquisitions, dispositions and general commercial matters.
