About Tina

Tina maintains a broad commercial real estate practice, advising investors, developers, lenders, landlords and tenants on acquisitions and dispositions, financings, development projects and leasing matters. She regularly acts on complex transactions involving portfolio and single asset investments, sale-leaseback arrangements, and single-lender and syndicated construction, bridge, term and takeout financings.

Drawing on experience representing clients across all sides of a transaction, Tina provides practical, business-oriented advice that helps clients navigate risk, manage complexity and achieve their commercial objectives.
