The Blakes Construction Dispute Resolution group is pleased to present the third seminar in our four-part series on how parties in a construction project can protect themselves.
We invite you to join us for a presentation on change order management and de-scoping. This presentation will focus on key issues related to change order management from both the contractor’s and the owner’s perspective. We will look at when a change order is necessary, change order procedures and how damages will be assessed for failure to comply with the change terms of a contract. We will also look specifically at de-scoping procedures, the pricing of deductive change orders and common issues related to de-scoping.
Stay tuned for an invitation to the final session in this series. While we encourage you to join all sessions, full participation is not required. Please note that these programs will be delivered in English and are available in person only.
