Chelsa maintains a broad employment and labour law practice. She assists employers with a range of matters, including wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, human rights complaints, labour relations, privacy, occupational health and safety, employment agreements, workplace policies and termination agreements.
Chelsa joined Blakes as an Associate after summering and articling with the Firm.
