About Linc

Linc is the Co-Practice Group Leader of the Restructuring & Insolvency group, which is consistently recognized as one of Canada's leading restructuring practices. Linc acts as a lead advisor to key stakeholders in some of Canada's most high profile domestic and cross-border restructurings, distressed acquisitions and financings. His practice is distinguished by a deep focus on cross-border mandates, a specialization honed between 2004-2007, when he helped the Firm establish its U.S. office presence.

Upon returning to Toronto, Linc developed a leading restructuring practice with a particular focus on advising international clients. He is frequently consulted by foreign-based lenders, corporations, private equity funds and hedge funds for strategic and legal advice in navigating their most complex multi-jurisdictional matters.

A recognized thought leader, Linc has contributed extensively to continuing legal education for over two decades. His published works appear in numerous scholarly journals and trade publications. His speaking engagements span a wide range of insolvency law topics, and he has also been recognized for his advocacy on diversity issues within the legal profession.
